Returns | Merchandise Credit

We offer a merchandise credit for the amount of the piece, exclusive of taxes and any additional shipping costs that may have incurred.  We do not return currency in any form.

Our Shipping Policy

Since we hand assemble our styles to order, we ask that you allow 5 - 7 business days to process and produce your order, depending upon the quantity of items.

If we have any questions or anticipate a delay in the completion of your order, we will notify you within 24 hours.

Unless otherwise requested, we use the USPS for First Class shipping within the domestic United States.

The charge is $4.85 for up to 4 pieces, $10 for 5 pieces and above.

We ship from CT and depending on where you are in the US, the USPS quotes 3 - 7 business days.

2-3 day USPS Flat Rate Priority shipping is also available for $10.

If you would like us to use another method, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and the like, we are happy to get quotes for you, or to use your account #.

Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the carrier services, as we cannot control their actions. We will, however, work with you, and make every effort to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
